 Responsibilities

                                                     
  • Lead the marketing pod for Syfe Apps by acting as the Scrum master
  • Tune in with the product and marketing teams to enable and enhance Apps with Analytic and Marketing oriented features and tools. For example - Event Tracking, Mobile App’s Deep linking as well as Deferred Deep linking for the referral system, App Installation attribution, AppsFlyer, MoEngage, Firebase, Zendesk, etc.
  • Work on bringing and implementing the best code quality practices and approaches for Apps
  • Promote knowledge sharing in the team by involving in the feature and code documentation, and scheduling knowledge sessions
  • Keep a check on prod App bugs or issues reported from Error monitoring tools Crashlytics, and Sentry
